Mandatory Player/Parent Meeting: OCTOBER 21 6:00 PM @ Noble High School
Coach St. Cyr and the boosters will be hosting a player/parent meeting on October 21st at 6:00 at Noble High School.  All interested players and at least one parent must attend.  At the meeting we will be discussing the upcoming season and reviewing key events and associated dates.  At the October 21st meeting, we will be collecting the necessary player forms. Along with the collected forms, each player MUST attach a check/payment for $100 which covers the non-refundable tryout fee.  A check will not be cashed until November 18th, the first day of tryouts.  Without the $100 check, a player will not be allowed to get on the ice for tryouts on November 18th.  If the players makes the team, the $100 try-out fee will be applied to the player’s tuition.

  2. Ice Hockey Cautionary Statement Form

  4. Insurance Form
 
  • Please PRINT and COMPLETE the following forms (which are attached to this note) for the October 21st Meeting:
  1. 2013-2014 Tuition Agreement
  2. Parent Sign Off Form (acknowledging the review of the documents above, including both Wells and Noble families)
  3. Proof of Physical Exam Form, or Physician’s Note/Proof Physical Exam; if your player has not played a Fall 2013 High School Sport at either high school
  4. Concussion Parent Sign Off Form
 
Player/Parent Meeting: NOVEMBER 21 Parents - 6:00 PM and Players – 6:30 PM @Noble Middle School 
After tryouts on November 21st, Coach St Cyr will announce the team players.  The boosters will be meeting with the parents at 6:00 PM at Noble High School to conclude any player/parent business.  This will include collecting FINAL TUITION payments.  All player tuition MUST be paid IN FULL prior to a player receiving their uniform and associated team gear. Our boosters communicated full payment will be required prior to the start of the season at last year’s season ending meeting in March.  Our treasurer has also been sending monthly payment reminders to all known returning and new players since.
 
At 6:30 PM, the players will be returning from Rochester Rink after tryouts and we will have some dinner, then return to the Lecture Hall as the 2013-2014 Knights Hockey team to conduct pre-season activities including any coach announcements and handing out the player uniforms, and associated player gear.
 
Also at the November 21st meeting, we will be collecting the Sponsor Ads and associated payments.  Please complete the tally sheet and include that form with your individual sales.  This will be the final opportunity to turn in your ad sales.  We have been receiving sales via the mail box, if you have any questions, please contact our Secretary, Marlene Smith atnoblehockeyboosters@msad60.org.
 
Tuition Review:
$650 per player, in addition to $350 in sponsor ads. 
  • Any overage in sales of $350 will be credited to the players tuition as a reduction resulting in a tuition of less than $650.
  • Any shortage in sales of $350 will be added to the players tuition resulting in an increase of the $650.
